THE STORY OF
PORTER
Porter is both a place and a character. The name is a nod to the original hotel porters the men who once carried suitcases upstairs and welcomed travelers arriving by train.
While the building no longer operates as a hotel, Porter embraces the spirit of its historic 1893 setting. Located on the ground floor of the original hotel, the restaurant draws inspiration from the golden age of travel when hospitality felt more personal, intentional, and refined.
